Steel ID Tag, size 1 3/4 x 1/2, .062" thick is surrounded by
freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver
beads. It is guaranteed to be rust free for life.
The medical Symbol is stamped on one side of the ID bracelet.
The other side can be engraved for your need. You can also choose an ID tag without
a medical symbol.
The bracelet tag is slightly curved for wrist wear.
There are two types of
Birthstone Medical ID Bracelets for your choice. ID
Bracelets with name beads and without. We can include 12
characters for your word. When ordering you are given
an option to specify a name/word that you would like to see on
your bead. For an example you may choose a name "MARY" or
a word
"MOM".
If you will keep NONE, we will use matching beads instead.
The table below presents typical
color and crystal names for each month. Of course, if you do
not like your birthday month color, please choose any other
favorite. |
